- Description
Health and Safety CDM Advisor required to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. Working with clients across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, engineering, housing and leisure. Projects will be based across the North West.
Health and Safety CDM Advisor Duties will include:
- Acting as CDM Advisor on a variety of construction projects.
- Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations from concept to completion.
- Preparing and reviewing pre-construction information and health and safety files.
- Advising clients, designers and contractors on their statutory duties under CDM.
- Carrying out site inspections and audits, providing practical, actionable feedback.
- Delivering training to client teams where required.
- Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Experience
- Experience in a consultancy, construction Health and Safety role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Qualifications
- NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificate or equivalent health & safety qualification
- Membership of IOSH, or similar professional body (TechIOSH, GradIOSH, etc.)
This Health and Safety CDM Advisor role is paying up to £55k plus benefits.
