- Description
Junior CDM Advisor required to join a thriving CDM And Health and Safety Department, within a well-established and growing commercial design and build company. The successful candidate will support the delivery of various commercial refurbishment, CAT A, and CAT B fit-out projects across London and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior CDM Advisor who is keen to continue developing their skills and advancing their career. The role offers the chance to work alongside experienced industry professionals, gaining valuable mentorship and hands-on experience, with a clear progression pathway.
Responsibilities
- Help facilitate provision of the Principal Designer role to Clients on all projects.
- Assist with the management of Health and Safety files, reviewing construction phase plans, producing and maintaining pre-construction information and conducting design risk reviews.
- Attending design team and client meetings.
- Assisting with the provision of site safety documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Carrying out site safety inspections.
- Experience
- c6 months – 1 year of experience in a construction related and/or Principal Designer (CDM 2015) health and safety role would be ideal.
- Qualifications
- NEBOSH Construction or General (essential)
- Professional membership to IOSH and APS (desirable).
- Good knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
