- Description
Associate Director-Health and Safety required to provide strategic client governance and team leadership for client services on this £1bn+ North London project. This is a staff position with the client-side Health, Safety and CDM service provider - an award-winning safety dedicated consultancy firm.
Leading the on-site Health, Safety and CDM team, who will assist you in delivery, you will work with the Project Director and Client programme management team. You will set the strategy, lead delivery, systems development, integration and drive standards to ensure expectations are met.
The project is a £1bn redevelopment of multiple varied used commercial facilities.
- Experience
You will have demonstrable experience in similar position, gained in major projects, providing strategic leadership in client-side services. A period of your career to date will have been spent at a leadership level, most likely in a Head of or Director of Safety and CDM role within a consulting/client-side environment.
- Qualifications
You will hold CMIOSH and ideally CMAPS or equivalent status as a minimum.
The role comes with homeworking flexibility with an expectation to be on site c2/3 days per week. The company will pay c£75k-85k and provide a full pack of benefits including 10% car allowance, health, pension, life and other benefits.
