- Description
Construction Safety and CDM Consultant to join a multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy. You will be responsible for the delivery of professional Health, Safety and CDM consultancy to clients across broad ranging sectors.
This is a hybrid role where your time will be split working between project locations, home and the office in London.
Duties include:
- Providing CDM advice and support to Client Teams.
- Working independently on smaller projects or as part of a team on larger projects to deliver the Principal Designer duties and CDM advisor role.
- Attending Design and Project Meetings as required throughout projects.
- Visiting project sites to carry out inspections.
- Reviewing Construction Phase Plans, demolition and lifting plans etc.
- Undertaking site Health and Safety reviews and producing reports for Clients.
- Working to deadlines ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
- Supporting team members.
The role is paying £40k-£50k plus benefits.
- Experience
- Experience gained in client side CDM/Health and Safety roles.
- Working knowledge of the principals of design risk management.
- Experience applying the CDM Regulations and delivering an advisory service.
- Qualifications
- NEBOSH General and preferably progressing with further safety qualifications
- Hold or be working towards CMAPS status. Membership of IOSH/IIRSM/CIOB (preferable).
