- Description
- Head of CDM/Principal Designer services required to join a multi-disciplined nationwide consultancy, providing services across all sectors of the built environment, to lead, further develop and grow all aspects of the business.
You will be based from either the Kilmarnock or Glasgow office and have flexible hybrid working.
Responsibilities include:
Leading bids and tender.
Plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate Health and Safety client projects; including identifying, eliminating or controlling foreseeable risks.
Expanding service offering with Safety Services and being the key interface between and liaising with Client Teams.
Preparing and issuing Fee Proposals.
Identifying regional business development opportunities generally and assisting with the growth of Client base.
The company are offering £60k-£65k plus benefits. - Experience
- Several years’ experience within the Health and Safety Consultancy sector. You will already be at a Senior or Associate level and able to demonstrable strong regional market knowledge. You will have sufficient experience to enable you to manage, with support, team workload and project deliverables.
- Qualifications
- You will ideally hold or be working towards CMIOSH Accreditation.NEBOSH Fire and other vocational related qualifications are beneficial.
