- Description
- Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Training Manager required to join an award winning technical and energy services company.
The company design, build and maintain M&E infrastructure services to energy, engineering and facilities sectors, priding itself on increasing the use of low carbon energy and delivering groundbreaking energy solutions.
Duties include:- Experience in all elements of Health and Safety Training.
- Deliver the identified core Health and Safety Training Courses.
- Develop and deliver Training Plans for each of the Business Units and Business Sectors.
- Identify new areas of Training that can be rolled out into the Business to improve service delivery and Business Units Teams Competency Levels.
- Support with Implementation of ISO Accreditations.
- Lead on QSHE Training related continuous improvement activates for the Business Units and Business Sectors.
The company is paying c45k-£50k plus car allowance, health and pension, further training, development and career progression.
- Experience
- The ability to deliver a wide range of NEBOSH and IOSH safety courses.Experience working in Facilities Management M&E would be ideal.Understanding of Training requirements for an M&E Business would be ideal.An understanding of Quality Management Systems.
- Qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.AET, CET and DET (previously PTLLS, CTLLS and DTLLS Training Qualification) or equivalent.
