- Description
- Construction Safety and CDM Consultant required by a multi-disc consultancy to be responsible for advising and supporting clients on health & safety issues at any stage of a construction or infrastructure project. Construction projects will include Housing, Offices, Hotels, Education, Retail and Health.
This is a regional role supplying services to clients primarily across Yorkshire. The company has an office in Leeds.
Duties:
Develop risk responses and plans to eliminate the risks on projects.
Attend meetings as required throughout projects.
Visit project sites.
Review Construction Phase Plans.
Prepare and produce Pre-Construction Information.
Work as part of a team and independently.
Deliver services on a live construction site.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including ability to drive clients towards improved Health and Safety performance.Cohesive knowledge of construction methods and materials.Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation relating to construction.Advantage to have large multistorey residential build experience but not essential

- GradIOSH or ideally CMIOSH status NEBOSH qualifications or equivalent
