Description
Multi-national Hard/Technical Facilities Management company require a Regional Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager (80% Health and Safety).
You will provide broad ranging health and safety support to company hard FM contracts within their NHS and Health care client portfolio. The region to be covered include a predominantly North London, Hertfordshire to Essex region.

Your duties will include:
Monitoring and reviewing performance in the area
Carrying out inspections and audits.
Advising on all aspects of Health, Safety and Welfare across the business.
Co-ordinating the implementation of annual improvement plans.
Prepare and present reports
Develop and deliver health and safety training to any areas identified
Identifying site objectives and delivering these in conjunction with overall business planning.
Advising the management team on current and forthcoming issues across the region

The company will pay c£50k+ plus c5k car allowance, pension, health and other benefits.



Experience
Health and Safety experience in an Facilities Management environment, preferably hard FM/engineering sectors within the NHS/healthcare sector.Multi site experience would also be preferred but single location experience will also be considered.Experience of implementing and reviewing systems.Experience of managing ISO certificationsGood PC Skills
Qualifications
You will ideally hold the NEBOSH Diploma and GradIOSH status or equivalent with additional qualifications in supporting areas such as Training, Asbestos and Water being very beneficial as compliance is key in this role.
